There was one lady that was running the whole line and she was pretty good. The chicken was good and the rice was the best. I honestly felt like it just got made and that's why it was so good.

The food is great. However the employees are extremely rude. They try to rush you through your order and if you take a second to think they get pissy. I've been to this location multiple times and I've never had a great experience with the employees. I think I'll just go to the coliseum location for now on.

It will do. A little over-rated, as it's always busy. The decor is kind of cold and boring. Service & food is good, but so is Qdoba right down the road. So, if they are too busy...Qdoba is almost exactly the same.

There's not a whole lot to yelp about here. The food is exactly what you'd expect from Chipotle, the place was clean, and the service was quick and friendly.

Fan of fresh ingredients. Always huge burritos, with lots of veggies. The salsas are so tasty and the wrap is fresh and soft. However, recently found out that Chipotle burritos are over 1000 cal each---without the guac or sour cream. Holy Mexican heavyweight! I like the concept of doing one thing well---like Five Guys, for burgers. Their focus is on the burrito, without other distractions. I also like the modern, clean look of the place.

Fresh, local ingredients... what could be better!? The guacamole + salted tortilla chips with a hint of lime are amazing. They keep me coming back every time. I love that I feel good after eating here-not stuffed and gross like other fast-food joints. Our visit today was great. We ate on the outside patio and everything was very clean. The manager even came around and asked if we needed anything (and ran to get us to-go containers). My only complaint is how large the serving sizes are. I wish you could order ala carte...still, very good food at a decent price.

Chipotle is a interesting take on Mexican food. Stainless steel abounds everywhere. Food is prepared in front of you in a Subway style. You pick the items you want. Food is moderately priced but large portions abound. I usually cannot eat the entire serving. Good filling food.

Visiting my parents for the holidays, I was on the hunt for something I could eat that was quick and paleo-friendly. At the very least I wanted to eat something that wasn't gonna leave me feeling like garbage. Chipotle is one of my go-tos in Seattle for a quick bite, and I was pumped to stumble upon one near their house in Ft. Wayne. I nearly always get a salad, but I fully endorse their burritos. Lots of fresh, organic vegetables and clean, hormone-free meat, and super-tasty cilantro-lime rice. I've never had anything at Chipotle that wasn't delicious and filling. Even on the occasions where I think, "Man, they're kinda skimping on this order," I always end up full. And I order the guacamole here, which I can safely say I have never ordered at any other restaurant in my life. It's just so good and creamy! I highly suggest ordering fajita veggies in your salad or burrito, and you won't go wrong with any of their meat choices. The hot/habanero salsa is my jam, but the label is appropriate - it's genuinely hot. If you want a little more heat and southwest flavor, though, grab a bottle of the Chipotle Tobasco and pour it on. For those interested, my paleo meal of choice is a salad, no dressing, with fajita veggies, barbacoa meat, and hot salsa. Maybe with a side of guacamole. Sorry, beans and rice are off limits for me! This specific Chipotle was nice inside and very clean, but the staff seemed inconvenienced by my order and was pretty light on the helpings of ingredients. Like I said, I always end up satisfied, but I was a little disappointed with what I got. Still, it was tasty and I would go back. Maybe the staff will be in better spirits.

Best Chipotle ever!! I usually rate my Chipotle according to how generous they are with the guacamole. This location is the most giving with the green! And! I'm not sure if they all received a raise before I got there but everyone was super happy. As I moved down the line, each one of 'em was so friendly. I love it! I might just go in here next time I'm in need of a mood-booster.

This is the chipotle I normally visit; however, based on my experience tonight, that has changed. My service was HORRENDOUS. My sister and I were the only ones in line and had to wait 5 mins to be helped. I don't know why seeing that there were other workers there. In fact, the cook was walking around with a chip in his mouth staring at us! When someone finally "noticed" us, the service was rushed and I couldn't understand what the man making my food was saying. Once we got down to the salsa's, the woman said she would give me the scrapes. I replied "please don't give me the scrapes!" She said "we don't have any more mild." So I got the scrapes... When I asked for lettuce, she replied "do you want the salad lettuce? We are out of the other kind." I said "sure." I had to settle once again. As she was packing up my meal, SURPRISE! a fresh batch of salsa came out. Irritated, I said "this place is a mess!" Did I get an apology for bad service?? NO! She replied "it's been busy" with an attitude. The cherry in the top of my visit- as I was leaving, SURPRISE! More lettuce made its way out. Worst. Chipotle. Experience. Everrr.

Fort Wayne has 2 Chipotle locations ... this is the better location - by far. Larger area for seating, prompt staff, clean facility. Always great Chipotle food here.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
